Order, submission and acceptance
The order of the products is submitted by completing and sending the special order form available in our online store by clicking on the option "ADD TO CART". Before submitting the order (checkout), the customer expressly and unconditionally declares that he/she has received in a clear and comprehensible way the following information:

The main characteristics of the products and/or services ordered, as described on the pages of the e-shop. The customer must check every relevant characteristic before placing the order, so as not to maintain any doubt about the characteristics and properties of the products ordered. The company has no liability in case the customer has failed to be adequately informed about the above.

Where such charges cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, the fact that such additional charges may be required is made known to the customer during the process of completing the order form and the customer must be made aware of this before placing the order. The indicated prices of the products as set in our online shop are the final prices (including the applicable VAT). The above mentioned final prices of each product include shipping costs for Greece (FREE of charge) unless they are for Cyprus where they are calculated during the process of filling in the order form.
3. The means of payment, delivery, performance, and the period within which our company undertakes to deliver the goods or provide the services.

Our products are shipped only by ELTA Courier for Greece.

To avoid your own inconvenience, please check carefully at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects.

If you wish to exchange a product whose packaging is intact and the product itself is unused, you must contact our company within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. We would like to stress that no change is made without prior consultation. Once you have informed us of the desired change, we will send you the new product to the address you entered when you placed your first order. Once the courier arrives to deliver the second product, you will pay (if applicable) the difference in price and return the previous product (hand over hand). You will be responsible for the shipping and COD costs of the exchange. 

Returns

If you wish to return a product, you must contact our company within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. We would like to emphasize that no returns are made without prior consultation. 

The product must be in its original form, undamaged, without any damage to the packaging and accompanied by the original retail receipt. In addition, inside the returned parcel you should place a piece of paper with the IBAN, the bank to which it belongs and the name of the main beneficiary. 

The return costs are borne by the customer. The return can be made in 2 ways. However, in each case, 6 euros will be deducted from the amount to be returned, which corresponds to the shipping and delivery costs of the order.

1. You send the parcel with ELTA Courier (partner agency) and we charge our own postage.
2. You send the parcel with any courier agency you wish and charge your own. Otherwise, be aware that we will not receive the parcel. 

Our company will check the returned product and only if it is in its original condition and accompanied by the retail receipt, will proceed to refund your money within 14 days of receipt.

 For products that fall under the category of underwear and cosmetic products, no changes and/or returns are made for hygiene reasons.

 Defectiveness

If the product is defective, there is no charge for its return or replacement. However, we will ask you to contact us first, so that we can be informed about it. You will then be asked to send a video or photo (depending on the fault), proving the product is faulty. Then, either a replacement product will be sent or a refund will be made, provided you return the parcel by ELTA Courier, accompanied by the original retail receipt and a piece of paper on which the IBAN, the bank to which it belongs and the full name of the main beneficiary will be indicated. 

Our company will check the returned product and if it is defective and accompanied by the retail receipt, we will refund your money within 14 days of receipt.
